Site Description

Summary: This is a general description page of this website.
What this blog’s purpose is, etc. etc.

Heb 13:13 Let us go forth therefore unto him without the camp, bearing his reproach.

This website endeavours to:

  • Preach the truth
  • Edify true Christian brethren
  • Help the lost to find Jesus Christ

As is the name of the website, “watchmanwithoutthecamp.blog”,
this website is a blog that endeavours to love the truth in a way that is not seen in the so-called church organizations of the 21st century.

It endeavours to do this by:

  • Preaching truth from the Authorized King James Bible
  • Discussing topics that many dare not to these days
  • Providing Christian answers (especially) for young men in a broken world where the churches are as the world, and the world is as the churches–similar to what Israel was during the times recorded in the book of the Judges.

This website is not for:

  • Lukewarm sermonettes that are pleasing to the ears of many
  • General platitudes of effeminate non-preaching
  • Sowing discord against the word of God or Christian brethren

The Bible tells Christians “Let us go forth therefore unto him without the camp, bearing his reproach.” (Hebrews 13:13).

If Christians are to do this, then we ought to be “men of truth” (Exodus 18:21), “on the LORD’S side” (Exodus 32:26), for “The LORD is a man of war: the LORD is his name” (Exodus 15:3).

This war is primarily spiritual, “(For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal, but mighty through God to the pulling down of strong holds;)” (2 Corinthians 10:4). The Christian is told to “Put on the whole armour of God” (Ephesians 6:11), which is overall listed in Ephesians 6:11-17, where the only offensive weapon of the Christian is the “sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God” (Ephesians 6:17).

In short, this website is to preach the truth, edify the Christians, and convict the lost in a way that the churches today are overall failing to do so as we live in a world reminiscent of the times of the book of Judges, maybe even to Noe’s day,

Jg 21:25 In those days there was no king in Israel: every man did that which was right in his own eyes.

Mt 24:38 For as in the days that were before the flood they were eating and drinking, marrying and giving in marriage, until the day that Noe entered into the ark,

Some examples of what this blog focuses on includes, but is not limited to:

  • Preaching on Biblical Subjects that Most Churches Shun Today
  • Preaching on broken civilizational trends, such as male/female dynamics, corrupt churches, incompetent institutions, generational transgressions, etc.
  • Preaching on trends as a watchman, concerning physical, mental, and spiritual realities to warn any willing to read.
  • Providing clear Biblical doctrine for young men on how to live for the Lord Jesus and understand their Biblically-stated purpose(s).
  • Providing clear Biblical doctrine for young women on how to live for the Lord Jesus and understand their Biblically-stated purpose(s).

This blog is not meant to harbour a doom-only perspective, justify your iniquity, or leave you comfortable where you’re at in your faith.

Rather, this is a place where hopefully truth may ring boldly, conviction may occur, and warning may be taken heed to in these last of the last days.

That ends this blog summary, each blog post is much more hard hitting with truth and argumentation than this general summary page with its somewhat necessary fluff.
